Irene van den Bos

Irene likes to paraphrase classical scenes to convert them into contemporary images without affecting the essence of the old images. She usually works on canvas, but she has also a love of working on paper. This series pays homage to well-known Dutch masters. She modestly renews a number of familiar scenes. But due to her own style and technique, new works of art are created.
