Kevin Nieuwenhuijs
(NL 1986 / University of the Arts Utrecht (HKU)Lives and works in Zeist. In his work he likes to play with opposites and carries on to a great extent the illusion that is painting. Although his paintings are mostly abstracts, the kind of figures one can distinguish are completely convincing from a distance. However at close range they turn out to be little more than a single brushstroke. Kevin uses a unique technique with very wide brushes and brushes.
