Return policy

We accept returns and/or exchanges within 14 days. Any unwanted artworks can be shipped/postmarked within 14 days of receipt. Returned items must remain in their original condition. The transport cost won’t be refunded and transport of the returned item is for your own risk. The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs including duties. We highly recommend you to insure your return shipment as Works on Paper (initiative of Moving Gallery Utrecht) cannot be held liable for lost or damaged return packages. If you wish to return or exchange an item, you can request a return authorization by contacting us at info@worksonpaper.nl. Once you have received a confirmation from us, please send the package to the address you will receive in the confirmation e-mail.
